Congratulations to Mel Fearn who has recently finished her training to become an ‘Induction Trainer’ for CrestClean Nelson.

Induction Training is an important part of the CrestClean franchisee training process. New franchisees will work alongside Mel for three weeks learning effective and efficient cleaning before they begin their formal training through the Master Cleaners Training Institute.

This period also gives Mel a chance to asses whether the new franchisees are competent enough, and have the right attitude to be part of the CrestClean team.

Mel herself has been a franchise owner with Crest for over 4 years and in that time has gained great respect from her customers and colleagues.

Well done Mel on taking another positive step in your career.
