Congratulations to Rakesh Kumar who has recently finished his training to become an ‘Induction Trainer’ for CrestClean Wellington.
Induction Training is an important part of the CrestClean franchisee training process. New franchisees will work alongside Rakesh for three weeks learning effective and efficient cleaning before they begin their formal training through the Master Cleaners Training Institute.
This period also gives Rakesh a chance to asses whether the new franchisees are competent enough, and have the right attitude to be part of the CrestClean Wellington team.
Rakesh himself has been a franchise owner with Crest since August 2012, and with his wife and family they all enjoy working together.
