North Shore franchisee, Martin Kim is celebrating 10 years with CrestClean. Arriving in New Zealand 16 years ago from Korea, Martin enjoys working for CrestClean as it is not too stressful and he says cleaning keeps him fit and healthy. Martin bought one of the very first Auckland franchises and since then his business has grown.
He still has many of his original customers in the Albany region such as Arrowhead Alarms, Downs Distributers, and Brainstorm. Martin says that his customers stay loyal to him because he is consistent and thoughtful. He even gives his clients chocolates as a thank you for their business.
He and Regional Manager, Caroline Wedding make a good team and manage customers well. Caroline says that she is very pro-active in the region and is constantly checking in with customers and making sure they are completely satisfied. On the occasion when she does get a customer asking for something to be double-checked, Martin says he is always there within an hour.
Auckland Operations Manager Julie Griffin says that she gets a lot of positive feedback about Martin. Caroline proudly acknowledges that Martin receives “constant praise” from customers. Planning on taking a well deserved holiday early next year, Martin has a lot to look forward to. Congratulations on all of your hard work Martin.
