Spirits were high as cheerful CrestClean Franchisees gathered at the Tauranga Chamber of Commerce’s Smart Business Centre for a luncheon Team Meeting on the 4th of August.
For the past several months, CrestClean Managing Director Grant McLauchlan has been travelling throughout New Zealand, meeting with franchisees face-to-face to discuss their regions’ highlights and present the company’s annual review of the past 12 months, as well as a preview of the next 12 months. He’s winding up his national tour in the north, with final meetings occurring in Tauranga and Whangarei.
Tauranga has had a positive year, with increases in corporate customers and higher average contract amounts. CrestClean’s introduction of a popular new service, Pure Water Window Cleaning, and a line of consumable hygiene products for customers, both had origins in Tauranga.
Regional Director Jan Lichtwark says, “It’s been a good year for my talented, hardworking franchisees and I’m excited we’ll soon be welcoming even more great people to the team.”
Grant spent much of the luncheon talking with franchisees about their individual businesses and hearing their comments. He said visiting all the regions has given him many fresh new insights and it’s been a very positive experience to hear so many success stories from franchisees.
Long Service Awards were also presented, to Franchisees Avikash Sharma for 3 years, Victor Milne and Huia Kingi for 5 years, and Eva Gordon for 7 years. A number of BICSc certificates and badges were also given out for the successful completion of training courses.
