Ayaan Lal is keeping first time parents Payal Kumar and Atish Lal on their toes.
The Auckland West franchisee team has been with Crest for three years and welcomed their precious bundle of joy Ayaan, into the world on March 18.
“We are both enjoying him a lot,” Atish says. “We love being parents. We are very proud of him. He is growing so fast.”
Atish is a Floor Care Trainer for West Auckland and is also in charge of training up new franchisees.
“I still enjoy the challenges that come with my job. I enjoy meeting and training new people and seeing them learn new things.”
Atish says one of the bonuses of owning a franchise are the flexible hours that come with it which allows him to spend time with his family.
“I enjoy working with Crest. The hours are flexible, the money is good and you build great relationships,” he says. “CrestClean is a wonderful company.”
Auckland West Regional Manager Caroline Wedding says Atish plays an important part of the strategy for West Auckland.
“Atish has a great appetite and the right attitude for a CrestClean business and I value his ongoing support and friendship.”
