Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and the ability to effectively handle situations are two of many things Antoine Zoghbi thrives on.
Antoine is CrestClean’s Quality Assurance Co-ordinator for Otago and Southland, which includes Dunedin, Central Otago and Invercargill. This role requires Antoine to undertake quality audits, assist with implementing new contracts and be a guiding force for franchisees new to the business. Crest has similar co-ordinators in Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Wellington and Christchurch.
“CrestClean appealed to me as a highly successful and professional company,” he says. “It was somewhere I felt I could effectively utilise my expertise in human relations and project management. I am passionate when it comes to customer satisfaction.”
Originally from Lebanon, Antoine has had 15 years experience in the hospitality industry in New Zealand and overseas.
“I have lived in Dunedin for eight years with my wife and two daughters,” he says. “I started my role on February 1. I have already met some great people and I feel like I am part of the team. I am looking forward to immersing myself into my role and meeting the rest of the CrestClean team.”
