South Canterbury personnel upskill

Timaru franchisees Jaydeep Patel, Kirti Patel, Pauline Lyons and Harsh Patel attended a three day Module 1 training course.

The course covered Health and Safety, chemical preparation, safe use and safe storage of equipment. Practical task training included mopping, vacuuming, window and wall washing, damp wiping and polishing. Communications and security were also covered.

The course, which is run through the Master Cleaners Training Institute in conjunction with CrestClean, aims to raise industry standards by equipping personnel with practical cleaning skills, knowledge of the processes and procedures to achieve a quality standard in a manner that is safe for customers, staff and operators.

Franchisees enjoyed the Module 1 training course, South Canterbury Regional Manager Robert Glenie says.

“It is great that Master Cleaners and Crest offer these training courses to franchisees. Crest has a real commitment to upskilling personnel and personnel really appreciate it,” he says.
