On Monday 2nd of September (this week) CrestClean presented its submission at the hearing before the Select Committee for the Employment Relations Amendment Bill.
Grant led a team including Wellington Master Franchisee Andy Alleyway, Jim Brand independent industry consultant, and Andrew Swenson Health and Safety consultant.
There is a series of these hearings before the Select Committee on this week around the main centres.
Grant did his best to get our points across, speaking to our formal written submission.
Afterwards TV3 filmed an interview with Grant. The interview was shown on Monday night on ‘Nightline’, the TV3 late news.
Wellington Franchisee Poni Faavae was also interviewed. He came across really well as an example of a very successful Franchise Owner.
Too bad they didn’t show more of the interview!
Well spoken Grant, you sounded a lot more sensible than those Labour party chaps… The CrestClean branding looked great!
