Ascot Retirement Village, the latest facility in the Bupa Group is about to open in Invercargill.
The $23 million dollar complex is nearing completion and CrestClean has been actively involved with the onsite builders clean of the entire complex.
The site comprises 62 individual Villas, constructed by Armitage Williams and Classic Builders. Upon completion, the Invercargill CrestClean teams have worked hard to ensure each Villa is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the new owners to move in.
Armitage Williams have been building the Main complex, which is designed to house around 100 people within the Aged Care facility.
Again CrestClean has been supplying the people power for some months to ensure that the facility is cleaned to a pristine condition ready for the new owners to take possession and start operating the business.
A team of 10 CrestClean franchisees undertook a major clean at the complex in readiness for the opening, which is to happen shortly.
