Quality was the common key linking these senior CrestClean staff members who gathered for a brainstorming think-tank in Auckland.

Over the past two years, CrestClean has formalised Quality Assurance Co-ordinator positions around New Zealand.

The meeting was an opportunity for the company’s Quality Assurance Co-ordinators from around the country to gather and compare notes.

The roles are important positions in the company, said Philip Wilson, CrestClean’s Wellington Quality Assurance Co-ordinator.

“They are responsible for ensuring quality cleaning, and supporting the local franchisees and Regional Managers.

“Recently the six of us met in Auckland. We discussed the position, and we openly shared ideas, and the challenges we face.

“This was a great chance to network within our team and also to discuss different ways of handling situations we were experiencing in our local regions.

“The overall consensus of the meeting was very positive.”

Philip added: “It was great to get everyone working in the same direction and to gain insight into our new mobile auditing system, which is currently being developed and we are all looking forward to using.”
