If Abby Latu needs some advice about taking a holiday from her busy job she won’t exactly need to look very far.
For CrestClean’s Hawke’s Bay Regional Manager now has a personal assistant who has a background in travel consultancy.
While Abby might dream about that winter getaway, she can be assured Tracey Le Lievre will keep her business on track. “She has an eye for detail and is very organised,” says Abby.
“Tracey has stepped into my business with ease and fitted in very well. She looks after a lot of my office management and administration work, keeping my system and spreadsheets up to date and generally everything nice and tidy and current.”
Abby found her “right hand woman” after asking friends if they knew anyone who might have the right skillset to help with her growing business.
“Two of my friends both knew I was on the hunt for a reliable assistant, and they both recommended me the same person, so I thought she must be good.
“She also does Quality Assurance calls to current customers between audits and site visits. And as well she makes sure I’ve eaten my lunch when I am under the pump and busy!” says Abby.
“This all means I can spend time on business development and sourcing more resources and great teams to bring on board our region as well as Health and Safety assessments and managing current clients and teams.
“She is a huge benefit to my business, it is fantastic having another person in the office to help me and support me, plus we have formed a solid friendship and have a lot of laughs.
