Last year he won CrestClean’s ‘Rookie Franchise of the Year’ for the Hawke’s Bay region, and this year Sidney Fesau is in the spotlight again, winning ‘Franchise of the Year 2023’.
“Sidney is a ‘fixer’. His quality is amazing and he has a great rapport with his customers,” says Regional Master Franchisee Tim O’Leary.
“He has good attention to detail and is process driven, always doing things the right way. His dedication and hard work stand out and are why he’s been recognised for this award.”
Sidney was presented with the award at the recent Hawke’s Bay Regional Team Meeting, held at the waterfront Napier Conference and Events venue.
Following in his footsteps and winning this year’s Rookie Franchise of the Year for the region, were Barsha and Bidur Karki whose commitment to quality was highlighted as one of their key strengths.
“Barsha and Bidur Karki’s focus on quality is second to none,” says Tim.
The meeting was attended by CrestClean’s Managing Director, Grant McLauchlan, who gave an informative presentation, sharing company updates and celebrating CrestClean’s ongoing growth and success.
Long Service Awards were also presented to six franchise teams, headlining with Rob and Laima Vork, who have had their CrestClean business for 15 years and who Tim praised for their steadfastness in delivering results.
“They are great, like metronomes! They just deliver.”
Receiving 5-Year Long Service Awards, were Analita and Wayne Lyster, Royce and Hannah Park, and Mercedita and Alex Rabanal, while a 3-Year Long Service Award was presented to Lincoln Tangiora, and to Tim, who has been Hawke’s Bay Regional Master Franchisee for three years.
Franchisees who have recently completed their Certificate in Commercial Cleaning Level 2, Tumua and Ivy Latasi, Mayank Malik, Harmeet Singh and Bidur Karki were also acknowledged.
“We had 45 people attend and the atmosphere was very positive, with plenty of engagement. It was a stunning venue and the food was amazing,” says Tim.
“I’m so proud and humbled to be part of a great, strong team. We have an amazing base and you could feel the engagement around striving for constant improvement.”
