Regional Director, Steve O’Connell is happy to have a foot in the door of the school community in the Kapiti Coast region.
CrestClean franchisees, Nancy and Maiuea Bauro are currently looking after Waikanae School along with Lucy Viliamu and Mel Tausi. They haven’t been with CrestClean for long, yet they are already receiving great feedback from the school Principal.
So what makes CrestClean in the Kapiti Coast region tick along so smoothly? Steve says that the flexible working hours and the great relationships with colleagues and customers make it an enjoyable company to work with.
He says he and his teams are very happy working for CrestClean and that shows through their work.
The relationship between franchisees and directors is something that Steve loves about working with CrestClean. “Everyone works together and helps each other out, this is especially noticeable in the Palmerston North and Kapiti Coast regions,” he says proudly.
