CrestClean franchisee Erwin Hubilla has received great feedback from his customer, The Cancer Society in Palmerston North.
In a Customer Quality Checklist, the company marked Erwin excellent in many areas of his work and said they would recommend CrestClean to others.
When asked, ‘What is the most important thing we could do to improve our service to you?’ Their response: ‘Keep Erwin as our cleaner! He is such a lovely man and dedicated to his work.’
