
Congratulations to Tauranga franchise owner Cesar Rogacion, who was recently honoured with an Exemplary Business Achievement Award at the Tauranga Christmas Party! It was a proud moment for Cesar and a well-deserved celebration of his commitment to always raising the bar.
Regional Manager Jan Lichtwark says the recognition was truly earned, praising Cesar for his constant drive to improve and the strong, trusting relationships he’s built with customers.
For Cesar, great communication is at the heart of it all.
By staying in touch and responding quickly, he’s built strong connections across his sites. If something needs attention, he’s on it straight away.
“We just have to accept responsibility because, at the end of the day, it’s our business,” he says.
Cesar is especially grateful for the ongoing support he’s received from the Tauranga team.
“I’m thankful to the team in Tauranga. I’ve been mentored by them for six years and they’ve given me the support that a franchisee needs – especially Jan.”
He also acknowledges the guidance of Quality Assurance Co-ordinator Woo-Sung Lee and Operations Manager Pinakin Patel, who have helped him lift both his quality standards and his communication skills.
“They’re strict with us, but it’s for our benefit and it helps us learn. They improve our business,” says Cesar.
“Their support has helped me achieve this award.”
Before joining CrestClean, Cesar spent 14 years working at a bank in the Philippines – an experience that taught him the value of commitment and longevity. When he purchased his franchise, he knew he was in it for the long haul, and that mindset has shaped his approach ever since.
He believes success comes from simply following the CrestClean Standard, whether it’s wearing the correct uniform or striving for the highest quality cleaning. With CrestClean’s guidance, he says franchisees have a strong foundation to build from.
Cesar enjoys working with a diverse customer base. From meticulous healthcare cleaning to tackling the vast Tauranga Port, no two days look the same. He tailors his approach for every site, ensuring each customer gets a cleaning solution that fits their unique needs.
Above all, Cesar says he works hard for his family. The income from his franchise is helping him prepare for his son’s university studies, and the award is a meaningful recognition of everything he has achieved through a consistent a commitment to learning and improving.
