Cesar Rogacion is looking forward to growing his business, after becoming CrestClean’s first Tauranga franchisee to complete the Master Cleaners Training Institute’s ‘Certificate in Professional and Personal Development’.
The business development training programme has been developed by academic professionals and covers a wide range of topics designed to improve business skills, as well as helping franchisees in their personal and family lives.
“I’ve been with CrestClean almost five years, but there is always more to learn,” says Cesar.
“I already had plans for my future, but after taking the course now I have a better plan, a blueprint for everything.”
Top of the list is to start employing people, so he can grow his business and save towards getting his own home.
“Everything you need is in there, you just follow what you’ve learnt. It teaches you how not to put everything in one place, to separate business from personal spending. It was a really good reminder for me, a good tool.
“I would recommend it to all franchisees, especially new franchisees so they can start out on a good path.”
