Fifteen years of hard work and commitment have been celebrated by CrestClean Waikato, with three franchisees receiving their five-year Long Service Awards.
Ajendra Prasad, Eldho Aias and Santa Mani were presented with their awards by CrestClean’s Managing Director Grant McLauchlan at the latest regional team meeting.

Ajendra
“Ajendra and his wife work together in the franchise. They have a young family and are working their way up the ladder, towards home ownership.”
Eldho Aias
“Eldho started as an employee, working for me, then when he got his Resident Visa, he was able to buy his own franchise. So, while he’s only had his franchise for three years, he’s been with CrestClean for five years!”
Santa Mani
“Santa is dedicated to her work and the customers love her. In particular she always gets exceptional reports from one of her childcare centres.”
