They are his shining stars who well deserve the title of Whangarei Franchisees of the Year.
CrestClean’s Regional Manager Edward Irving says Kamal and Pramila Naidu have had a stellar year, excelling in all aspects of the job.
Outstanding customer communications is just one of their many strong points, he says. “It’s always a privilege to put Kamal and Pramila into any new site. They really build strong relationships with their customers.
“After seven years, they are still smiling and enjoy being CrestClean business owners and really love what they do.”
Before joining CrestClean the couple lived in Auckland where Kamal worked in construction. “I was a labourer and it was physically very hard work digging holes all day,” he says.
They moved to Whangarei and bought a CrestClean franchise after seeing an advert on Trade Me. “Buying a CrestClean business was the very best decision I’ve ever made,” says Kamal.
“I’ve built a new house and I have recently bought a new car and it’s all through the success of my cleaning business. If you are prepared to work hard it pays off.”
Kamal and Pramila enjoy sharing their experiences and help newbies to the industry in their roles as CrestClean Induction Trainers.
Induction Training is an important part of the CrestClean franchisee training process. New franchisees will work alongside the couple for three weeks learning effective and efficient cleaning before they begin their formal training through Master Cleaners Training Institute.
“It’s good to help people and show them how they too can be successful,” says Kamal.
