CrestClean was proud to once again support the New Zealand Principals’ Federation (NZPF) Conference in Wellington as a Gold Business Partner, joining school leaders from across the country for one of the most important events on the education calendar.

Held over three days, the conference attracted more than 1,000 delegates, many of them familiar faces to the CrestClean team. As the largest gathering of principals in New Zealand, it offered a valuable chance to hear directly from school leaders and explore fresh ways to support schools and their communities.

Representing CrestClean this year were Regional Managers Adrian and Kylie Cashmore, Yasa Panagoda, Viky and Nilly Narayan, together with Managing Director Grant McLauchlan and General Manager Sam Lewis. The team showcased how CrestClean partners with hundreds of schools nationwide to provide safe, healthy, and hygienic learning environments every day. They also highlighted that CrestClean’s work in schools extended beyond cleaning, with initiatives like RecycleKiwi® and the Cleanest Classroom programme encouraging students to care for the environment both inside and outside the classroom.

On day two, Sam delivered a speech highlighting CrestClean’s partnership with NZPF since 2008 and our pride in supporting the strength and unity of school leadership across New Zealand.

With cleaning teams in over 650 schools nationwide, CrestClean’s work goes far beyond keeping classrooms clean. On average, our partnerships last more than nine years, with our teams becoming familiar and trusted faces in schools.

As Sam put it, “They’re not just cleaners, they’re part of your school whanau.”

Delegates were also among the first to explore the brand-new RecycleKiwi® Education Hub – a flexible online toolkit of free resources designed to make sustainability education fun and practical.

Jayne Alexander from Te Huruhi School was the lucky winner of the Gin and Tonic hamper.

To add some extra fun, delegates who visited the CrestClean stand enjoyed free Rockit apples, and the chance to win 15 rugby balls for their school and a special hamper packed with everything needed to make the perfect gin and tonic, featuring Graham Norton Pink Gin and Fever-Tree Tonic Water.

Congratulations to our winner, Belinda Walker from Miramar Central School – your rugby balls and G&T kit are on their way!

The conference wrapped up on a high note with a formal dinner at Sky Stadium – an evening filled with laughter, great food, and the perfect chance to unwind and celebrate after an inspiring few days.
