CrestClean supports Western Bay of Plenty Principals at recent connection day

Bethlehem Primary School students proudly show off their new rugby balls their school won at the recent Western Bay Principals’ Connection.

Principals from across the Western Bay of Plenty came together last month for their termly connection day. Connection days give school leaders a valuable chance to come together for open, honest conversations about what’s happening in schools right now. They also provide time for professional learning, Ministry of Education updates, and important discussions that help shape the future of education across the region.

The Western Bay of Plenty Principals’ Association (WBOPPA) represents principals from primary through to secondary schools across the wider Bay of Plenty, including over 60 schools from Waihi through to Whakatāne.

CrestClean is proud to be a Gold Sponsor of WBOPPA, supporting the work being done in schools across the region.

Tauranga Regional Manager Jan Lichtwark and Business Development Manager Shelley Coley attended the Connections Day and valued the opportunity to have a behind-the-scenes look into the effort that goes into keeping our schools running smoothly.

They also added a bit of fun to the day, bringing along two hampers and some rugby balls for a prize draw.

Matt Dalton (Principal at Aquinas College) and Jo West (Head of Primary at Bethlehem College) were the lucky winners of hampers packed with goodies.

A big congratulations to Bethlehem Primary School and Pillans Point School, who were the lucky recipients of rugby balls.
