Tauranga franchisees had a special visitor to help them celebrate their training success.
CrestClean’s Managing Director Grant McLauchlan was in the city for the company’s annual Team Meeting and he was delighted to pass on his congratulations to the trio.
Renier Pretorius, Alex Lopez and Sandeep Vikash received their Master Cleaners Training Institute Certificates in Commercial Cleaning.
Looking on as Grant did the honours and presented the awards was Jan Lichtwark, CrestClean’s Tauranga Regional Manager.
Jan said training is one of the company’s core pillars and he was delighted to see the business owners receive their certificates.
“They are now equipped with a lot more knowledge and skills. On these course they pick up a lot of titbits about the job.
“It gives them more confidence in their own ability and a real sense of pride in the job.
It also demonstrates to our customers the value CrestClean puts in having highly-trained personnel who are at the top of their game.”
He said having the company boss presenting the awards added to the occasion.
“To receive the awards from Grant is the icing on the cake for them. Not everyone gets to be thanked in person by the Managing Director.”
