As an industry leading training organisation, Master Cleaners Training Institute are helping the industry by giving a ‘step up’ to some of the deserving people who want to further their education within the Cleaning industry.
The Master Cleaners Scholarships consist of training and guiding the recipients through the full Cleaning Professionals Skills Suite (CPSS) course.
In August this year the first four Master Cleaners Scholarship recipients successfully achieved their BICSc “licence to clean” by completing the Cleaning Professional Skills Suite.
The four scholarship recipients were chosen from the Academy NZ in Manukau, a training organisation that is dedicated to getting its students into, or back into work.
The Academy were delighted with the initiative and support shown by Master Cleaners and parent company CrestClean to the community in offering the internationally recognised BICSc training program to its students. They would like to have further collaboration in the future, with more students taking part.
One appreciative student commented that she had “learned more in 4 days than she had in 13 years of working in the industry”.
Other comments made were “how much they enjoyed the training program” and that it was the “first time some of them had received a certificate recognising their achievements”.
All students agreed that with the certificate their chances of finding employment were greatly increased.
