Tauranga’s annual Christmas Party was a highlight for the region’s franchise teams, with 90 people filling the Oak Tree Restaurant for an afternoon of celebration. Franchisees brought their families along, turning the event into a relaxed, community-style gathering.
With everyone’s busy schedules, moments like this don’t come around often, so it was a welcome chance to slow down, catch up, and simply enjoy being in each other’s company.
Franchisees of the Year, Ankush and Priyanka Rustagi, loved reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones. They especially enjoyed chatting with some of the region’s long-standing franchise owners.
“We’ve made so many friends, and some have been doing this for years. It’s great to get their expertise,” says Priyanka.
“We even met some new franchisees too!”
The couple says they value events like the Christmas party and Regional Team Meetings because they bring the region together. Face-to-face time makes it easier to share ideas, offer support, and check in on each other.
“It’s about helping each other out. Meeting in person is the best way to know if someone needs some help,” Priyanka adds.
The afternoon also included celebrating franchisee achievements, including long service milestones and the completion of Module 1 Training.
