Quality is key for a husband and wife team who pride themselves on delivering the best service for their customers.
And their dedication and commitment has not gone unnoticed. Sheik and Farzana Saheb have been thanked for their work after taking over the cleaning at an Auckland company.
Glenda Amies says the difference was immediate when the couple began cleaning for the Viking Group.
“Since CrestClean has commenced cleaning our premises we have noticed a remarkable difference with the whole place feeling fresh and clean.
“Our floors are sparkling and the site is spotless. All our staff have noticed the difference and have had positive comments as to the cleanliness and the attention to detail and again the freshness of the building.”
But it’s not just the quality of the cleaning that’s being noticed, says Glenda. “Our cleaners are accommodating and have a positive attitude and nothing is ever an issue or a problem.”
The company is also taking advantage of CrestClean’s partnership with Alsco, which gives customers access to a large range of consumable products and hygiene services all billed to a single itemised invoice.
“The communication is great as we don’t have any chasing, it is all taken care of especially the ordering of all our products,” says Glenda.
Sheik started with CrestClean in 2007. At the time he was working full time at Countdown as the store manager, say Linda Hill, CrestClean’s Auckland East Regional Manager.
“He wanted a side income so he looked around and decided upon CrestClean as the best option.”
Since joining CrestClean Sheik has increased the size of his business more than fourfold. Now a full-time cleaning professional, he has a team that includes a couple of part-time employees. He is looking to increase his team this year with some additional employees.
Linda says it shows that hard work and commitment is the recipe for success. “He and his wife bought their first home within two years of starting with CrestClean. They deserve all the success they have achieved.”
