Up-skilling is an important part of CrestClean’s commitment to training franchisees.
Wellington and Hutt Valley franchisees attended a one day Floor Care Introduction course that was held at the Wellington Cadet Centre.
The course, which covered machine competence and use, gave franchisees the opportunity to understand how a buffing machine works. Franchisees will now complete the second part of the course, a two day hard floor strip and polish.
CrestClean’s National Quality/Training Manager Chris Chapman ran the comprehensive course, which covered everything from Health and Safety to testing floor surfaces.
“Franchisees showed great interest in the course,” he says. “The course ensures everyone knows how to maintain hard floor areas in their contracts and they are trained to a high standard.”
