Five years ago, David Prakash was looking for an opportunity where his hard work could help create a better future for his family. Today, the South Auckland franchise owner is celebrating five years of business ownership with CrestClean.
Reaching this point is a chance for David to look back on how far he has come, while also looking ahead to future opportunities. He’s loved building his business and is already thinking about the next chapter and plans to continue growing his franchise. With the support of South Auckland Regional Manager Viky Narayan, David knows this will become a reality sooner rather than later.
Right now, David balances his franchise alongside a full-time day job. After finishing work, he heads out to his cleaning sites in the evenings with his wife, Sharon. While it makes for a busy schedule, David is looking forward to the day he can dedicate all his time and energy to his franchise.
One of the biggest highlights of David’s journey has been the opportunities his business has created for his family. Just over a month ago, David and Sharon celebrated a very special milestone – buying their first home in Manukau.
With their cleaning sites now closer to home, it has made life a little easier.
David first heard about CrestClean through a friend who suggested franchise ownership could be a great fit. Five years later, he says joining CrestClean has been a life-changing decision.
“I’ve been very happy since joining CrestClean,” says David.
“It’s been a big change and a very good one.”
David and Sharon enjoy working together and are proud of the business they have. They hope to bring their son into the business part time in the next couple of years, creating a family business they can continue to grow together.
