Mihir Desai doesn’t really need a map to find his way around Upper Hutt’s Totara Park School.
In fact in his mind’s eye he can picture every inch of the building where for the past two years he’s been making sure everything is kept spotless.
The popular franchisee enjoys his work and takes pride in his duties, applying the same attention to detail and work ethic to his other clients.
Philip Wilson, Wellington Quality Assurance Co-ordinator, is delighted to have someone of Mihir’s high calibre on the team, in an industry where professionalism and attitude can make all the difference.
“I have been completing school term clean audits, as well as unannounced audits on this school for the past year.
“We are very fortunate to have Mihir as part of our Crest family. He does such a good job and is always extremely proactive with any comments I pass on to him.
“He is a pleasure to communicate with and is a real asset to our company.”
And it’s not only Philip who has been singing the praises of Mihir. His work at Totara Park School has not gone unnoticed by staff.
“We have had nothing but praise from the school about Mihir. They think he does a great job.”
Mihir said he loves his job. “I’m very happy that my work is appreciated. I always try to make the client happy and I enjoy the work that I do.”
