We’re pleased to welcome Deane Rogers as our new Regional Manager for Auckland East!
With over 25 years in the cleaning industry, Deane brings a wealth of experience, having worked in operations, account management, and various other roles. His extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise make him a natural fit for this position, and it’s great to have him onboard.
When the opportunity to join CrestClean came up, Deane felt it was the perfect role for him.
“What appeals to me about the role is the dynamic of it. It’s really interesting. There are a lot of components, from sales and growth to people management,” he says.
Deane is keen to be out in the field, meeting franchisees face-to-face. He thrives on personal interaction and is passionate about helping franchisees grow their businesses.
“Working with our franchisees and helping them grow their business is perfect for me,” he says.
Deane’s connection with CrestClean dates back 24 years! In one of his earlier roles, he supplied products fowr CrestClean’s franchisee startup kits. Now, joining the company in an official capacity feels like coming full circle.
“CrestClean has great systems and processes and the people are fantastic. Everyone has been so helpful and genuine,” he says.
As Deane settles into his new role, his first priority is getting to know the people who drive success in the Auckland East region. His goal is simple – to make a positive difference.
Outside of work, Deane is a dedicated family man with three sons. When he’s not spending time with his family, you might find him perfecting his craft as a homebrewer.

As we welcome Deane, we also want to take a moment to thank the outgoing Regional Master Franchisee Linda Hill, who will be with us for the next two weeks to help with the transition. Linda’s dedication has meant so much to us, and we wish her all the best in her next chapter.
