CrestClean’s in-house training organisation has seen two of its experienced operators rise through the ranks.
Joe Singh and Dan Pariachi have been appointed as Assessors for the Master Cleaners Training Institute. The pair are now fully qualified as assessors for franchisees taking the Certificate in Commercial Cleaning.
Adam Hodge, CEO of the Master Cleaners Training Institute, said Joe and Dan’s achievement in gaining a Certificate of Achievement and their appointment assessors was outstanding.
“Joe’s attitude is the future of the industry. He’s tremendous and not only willing to learn but willing to take on new ideas and put them into practice.
“He’s just a superb operator for Crest and Master Cleaners. He has all the skills needed for this role. He’s a really good find and an asset to Master Cleaners Training Institute.”
Dan has worked hard and is well respected by franchisees, says Adam.
“He is ambitious and he’s motived by tasks. He communicates well and can emphasise with people and he understands his trainees really well.”
Adam says the role of an assessor means scrutinising franchisees’ competency.
“Franchisees have to demonstrate their competency. They have set tasks and the assessor assesses whether they carry them out correctly, safely following the safe working procedures and meeting the quality standards desired.”
Joe was enjoying his new role, which was challenging and rewarding, he said. “It’s great to be recognised by the business.
“CrestClean is an industry leader and our training puts us ahead of our competitors in terms of training and the standards we set.”
Dan was proud to be an assessor. “It’s great to feel that I can guide other franchisees and see them succeed,” he said. “I like to share the knowledge I’ve learned so they too can be successful.”
Dan and his wife joined CrestClean in 2013. They have grown their business and now have six staff working for them and their turnover has increased tenfold.
