It’s hardly surprising they are looking so proud of achieving top honours with CrestClean’s industry-leading training organisation.
It signalled a milestone in training for the Taranaki business owners, who were recently presented with a Certificate in Commercial Cleaning after successful completing theory and practical assessments for modules 1 and 2.
The certificate is awarded to trainees who reach a strict set of criteria set down by Master Cleaners Training Institute.
Prasun Acharya, CrestClean’s Taranaki Regional Manager, says having fully trained personnel sets the company apart from other commercial cleaning companies. “It gives our customers peace of mind that the people who are trusted to carry out the cleaning are highly trained and will do a really professional job.”
Adam Hodge, CEO of Master Cleaners Training Institute, says it’s great to see how seriously training is taken by new business owners. “I’m really impressed with the commitment and attitude of Prasun and his franchisees to training. It’s been outstanding.”
Receiving a recognised qualification brings a huge sense of pride and personal satisfaction for CrestClean business owners, says Adam. “You can see a real pride in these people when they successfully complete their training programme and receive their award. For many of them it might be the first certificate of achievement they have ever received.”
Prasun says training events are always popular. “All our Taranaki teams enjoy training and the upskilling courses that are regularly held in the region by Master Cleaners Training Institute.
“They like seeing how the theory they’ve learned about cleaning can be put in practice to do the best job for their customers.
“It gives franchisees an opportunity to ask any question they have in their mind and receive answers from an expert.”
After presenting Sandeep and Krishnell with their awards, Prasun paid tribute to their hard work. “Sandeep is a really top operator. He tries to do everything to perfection. He and his wife Vrinda do a fantastic job for their customers and they are a great team.”
Krishnell has a keen eye on expansion, says Prasun. “He’s reached the stage now where he wants to grow his business. He’s young and he really enjoyed the training that we provided.”
