The accolades have been flowing thick and fast for franchisee Kumaran Nair.
Kumaran has been with Crest for just over a year and he’s quickly gained a reputation as an “awesome” worker, according to Kiri James, CrestClean’s Christchurch South Regional Manager.
“He does a fantastic job at his sites,” added Kiri. “I went to a Canterbury Primary Principals’ Association conference recently and the principal from Merrin School, Lisa Dillon-Roberts, was there.
“Kumaran and his team clean her school and she told me, ‘I just love my cleaner’.
“That is always fantastic to hear and makes me feel very proud of the team. Previous to Kumaran taking this school on, the school had their own in-house team but Kumaran is ensuring that they stick with Crest!
“Kumaran has since taken on another school for me and the feedback from the caretaker is that the gym floor has never looked so shiny.
“Kumaran has recently taken on a role as one of my Regional Induction Trainers and is very committed to ensuring any new teams are trained very well.
“I chose him for this role because his standards are very good. He is very proud of his work and is a very reliable franchisee who always has a smile to share,” said Kiri.
