While many people were enjoying a well-earned school holiday break, CrestClean teams across Rotorua and Taupō were making the most of the quieter period to refresh their skills and strengthen their floorcare expertise.
During week two of the holidays, specialist floorcare trainer Mohammed Ashad Ali visited the region to deliver practical refresher training sessions for franchise teams at two valued school partners, Rotorua Girls’ High School and Tauhara Primary School.
Franchise owners Wending Lin, Qiumei Li, Hualiang Li, and Siddesh Dhepe took part in the Rotorua session, while Ravi Chand, Vaishnal Maharaj, and Kamalbir Singh joined the Taupō training. The sessions provided a valuable opportunity for the teams to maintain their floorcare certification, refresh best practice techniques, and stay up to date with industry standards and customer expectations.
The sessions focused on the latest approaches to carpet and hard floor care, including effective stain removal, odour control, restoring tired surfaces, and applying protective finishes that deliver a lasting shine. With plenty of practical learning and shared experiences, the teams gained new tips and techniques to take back into their everyday work.
A school holiday well spent, with our Rotorua and Taupō teams taking time to keep raising the standard.
