A Train the Trainers course, which is mandatory for all Induction trainers, has been introduced. Adam Hodge & Chris Chapman have travelled throughout the country delivering the course in Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton & Invercargill with positive feedback.
Train the Trainers consists of a PowerPoint presentation, workshops & best practice training methods, designed to update the Induction Trainers techniques to enable them to provide new franchisees with the skills necessary to make a confident & successful start to their new business. It will ensure a consistent standard of training throughout the country.
