Born in Fiji, and working as a teacher of Information Systems, Neil Kumar moved to New Zealand in 2003 and was introduced to CrestClean by his brother in law. He brought a $40,000 franchise with Crest and grew it to a $150,000 business.
Hard work paid off and he become a Crest Induction trainer which he has been for the last four years, and a NZQA assessor for the last two years. Neil has also travelled to Delhi, India where he helped assess the supervisors of CrestClean’s fast growing Indian housekeeping business.
For Mr Kumar, the recipe for his success boils down to a few key elements. “I’m passionate about helping others learn, but that also includes being passionate about furthering my learning. Thankfully CrestClean provides that opportunity for me.”
Neil is enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead of him and continues to be amazed at the opportunities CrestClean has offered him.
