Wellington franchisees enjoyed getting to know each other better over afternoon tea.
A group of 12 franchisees turned up to the first afternoon tea gathering that was held at Days Bay Pavilion on July 19.
Wellington Regional Manager Richard Brodie says it provided a good opportunity for franchisees to catch up and for new ones to meet the rest of the Wellington team.
“It was great. Everyone really enjoyed it,” he says.
Richard says an overview of Health and Safety updates was undertaken.
At each opportunity Health and Safety is included on the agenda. Franchise owners were encouraged to make any comments and further their understanding of SafeClean, Crest’s Health and Safety and Environmental Management System.
“It was great to be able to introduce our new franchisees to the rest of the team. We learned more about each other outside of work. Going forward these will help strengthen the bond within our team.”
Richard says the catch up will be held once a month and is encouraging Wellington franchisees to come along if they can.
