CrestClean’s Regional Director for Wellington, Andrew Alleway, is leaving the company for new opportunities overseas. Richard Brodie, who comes to Crest with several years of business management and customer service experience, will now manage the Wellington office.
Andrew is moving to the UK with his wife and twin toddlers. “My wife’s Scottish, so it’s going home for her,” he says, adding that it’s unfortunate he has to leave CrestClean behind. “Working with Crest has been an amazing journey for me. Being the inaugural Regional Director and taking the business from zero to over 250 customers was such a great personal achievement and I’ve met some outstanding franchisees because of it. It’s changed my perspective on cultures.”
He assures that his franchisees and customers have nothing to worry about with this transition. “CrestClean will continue to look after you with a new point of contact, Richard Brodie.”
And he extends a heartfelt thanks to everyone he’s worked with – customers and franchisees. “This is a great company with unlimited opportunities and I look forward to following the continuing success story from Scotland.”
CrestClean’s Wellington office was established approximately five years ago and in that time has grown to nearly 30 franchisees and over 250 customers, servicing the Greater Wellington region.
Richard, who lives with his wife, Jan, in Wadestown, and has two children in local universities, says he’s looking forward to learning more about the company and broadening the Crest base even further in Wellington and Porirua. He’ll spend the coming weeks shadowing Andrew, meeting customers and franchisees and learning Crest’s systems. “I met five franchisees yesterday and they’re amazing people. Everyone has been so positive about CrestClean.”
