A part of the CrestClean team for little over a year and already, keen West Auckland franchisee, Leo Wang has expanded his business and introduced the Pure Water Window Cleaning System to the West.
After heading to Tauranga to meet with Franchisee Murray Straight, who first introduced CrestClean to the new window cleaning solution, Leo knew that this system was worth learning more about.
He says that this new system actually saves the clients money.
“If you have a high rise building, say three or four stories high, traditional window cleaning, even with extension poles, will not allow you to reach that high because you still need to squeegee all the windows.”
But with the new system “it can reach up to 5 stories high and we’ll use this standing on the ground.”
This saves the customers money, as they don’t have to hire expensive machinery and extra people to operate it.
The use of the carbon extension poles from the ground also reduces Health and Safety risks – something of utmost importance with the new Health and Safety Regulations approaching.
Another benefit of the pure water systems he says is that they are “absolutely environmentally responsible”- something that CrestClean prides itself on. The new pure water system contains no chemicals, only purified water-which acts as a natural detergent.
With traditional systems, even when water blasting, he says, chemicals need to be used and this washes down drains and ends up in our oceans which is damaging to the environment.
Leo recently did a ‘demonstration session’ with Rajesh Mani from South Auckland and Praneel Prasad from Hamilton who were very impressed with the system and the possibilities for growth in their business.
Crest is currently working on negotiating a better price with the supplier to benefit our franchisees.
